I gave them 5 stars…. Here is why! Imagine its 1975, Walk in and look at the menu. I swear, they could add $5 to ever item and it would still be inexpensive compared to what you would expect to pay. The food is reminiscent of a diner in 1975. To bad the airplanes can’t pull up the way they use too.

I had a nice, lovely morning last week grabbing a little sit-in breakfast. Tina was serving and she was so pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I belief it was one of the chefs that came out to make sure my food was okay, I did not get his name but he was kind as well. Definitely a slice of Elwood, good for some home-cooked breakfast. Look forward to coming back soon. :)

Well being a public place one can't pick or choose it's customers but saying that the restaurant was well decorated with airplane pics the place was clean. Our food was well prepared and was served quickly. Yes it has a runway and small planes can land there. No plane services available however.🤣
Staff and food are top notch... the owner and his family all work their tails off it is fantastic my mom and stepdad have been going there for years also
