I tried Irion’s for the first time the other evening. I had the brisket sandwich and macaroni and cheese. The brisket was AMAZING! It was so flavorful and juicy.. better than I’ve had at other places. The macaroni and cheese was delicious as well. I’ll definitely be going back to try the other stuff on their menu!
Good bbq! Not too smokey but lots of flavor. The food was freshly pulled and sliced, not left in a steamer table until ordered.
Mac and cheese was pretty decent
I had doubts about the bbq sauces. Kind of thin and a very strong vinegar taste. I dipped a little meat into it and the vinegar flavor almost all went away. Great addition with the food, not super tomato flavor. Really tied things together for me.

Nice little bbq joint. Building is like an old b and k but renovated to give a larger city smokehouse feel in a small town. Original bbq sauce was old school which I really enjoyed. Nice find on the east side of town
