Well I got a steak egg Mcmuffin I had never heard of that before. Very good. It tasted like the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with one of their burgers. I'll need a ketchup packet next time because it's my new favorite!

I got one complaint I just ordered a sandwhich and asked for no sauce and it was printed on the box no sauce but i open it up and there was the most sauce I’ve ever seen and both orders were the same thing I’m very annoyed and disappointed and also no one answers the phone calls

I had ordered my food on the app 15 minutes early so when I got there I wouldn’t have to wait long I thought but no I got inside and had waited another 30 minutes and still never received my food. I had tried to refund my order but it wouldn’t let me either bc I had a limited amount of time to get food

Ordered a large Coke in the drive through with our dinner and they gave us a large soda cup full of cold black coffee. Looked similar, so we didn’t notice until driving down the road and my husband took a huge sip he almost spat out across the windshield.
We love that there is a McDonald’s at this intersection, as it is a nice place to stop on our long drive, but that’s a pretty big error. I’m not even sure a large black coffee would be served in this type of cup. I half wonder if they were cleaning the coffee machine or something and gave us the discarded coffee, which is disgusting.
Again, we like that there’s a fast food option at this location, but I really hope they can improve their accuracy and their standards going forward.

This trip to McDonald's, was my husband and I, giving the Elwood location another chance after an extremely long period of time, where we we're refused to ever return to The Elwood McDonald's after the absolutely disgusting conditions of the interior of the restaurant! This was our previous and we thought our last food run to the Elwood McDonald's. However, I was cravin' a Big Mac and my husband was willing to tryout the location again too. So we crossed our fingers that the Management of McDonald's Elwood had started to make their employees keep the restaurant and kitchen absolutely clean! Free of food born illness and germ free. The problem is that when I was working, it was always in a restaurant setting from server to management eventually, but there were efforts to learn all the positions that contribute to running a successful restaurant and I am still part of a generation that had Parents who instilled a work ethic in me. So when I walk into a restaurant, I don't want to see the evidence of a massive, dried spill of something liquid at the front of the inside where you order and wait for your food, and instead of there apparently not being a Great, Go-Getter employee working possibly being in all off Indiana, but a employee who would have cleaned up the Massive, Dried up Spill when it happened. Also, I don't think anyone has ever wiped off the POS Systems on the counter where customers receive their food. Those Scream Health Code Violation right when you walk in the location! Anyway, this last time at least the Fries were molten hot and fresh, which made them the tastiest, my Big Mac was warm food too and satisfied my craving! The only problem with the food was, the Limited Time Golden Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, we fell for the photograph advertisement pictures that made the sandwich look amazing! It was actually incredibly dry, and it was just a chicken sandwich with McDonald's secret sauce on it. So nothing to right home about on the Chicken Sandwich. Oh, and at least the floor was clean, however the POS Systems had I swear an ever growing layer of muck on the screens. So it depends on how much shitty service in restaurants, retail, and other businesses, a person is willing to tolerate because thats just apparently how it is.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. First, they charged me for 3 sweet teas, and I was only given one. Secondly, my food was cold, and dry. Thirdly, this place was dirt, dirt everywhere, straw wrappers, napkins, and more all over the floor. Never coming here again.

Waited for half an hour for an interview that was scheduled at 2pm. Had to constantly remind the staff that I had an interview, and when I reminded them one final time, they laughed so I saw my way out of there. The whole time I was waiting I could hear the staff goofing off and saw them standing around waiting for orders, and didn’t speak to any managers for an interview at all. Worst experience I’ve had as an applicant. Do not work here.
