This place use to be fast food service. Unfortunately they got rid of the high school employees after their remodel and now we’re stuck with lazy. Expect orders to be wrong and waiting times to be ridiculous

Dirty floors in dining room. One person in front of us stated he was waiting 10 minutes for them to switch out his coke for a coke zero. I believe him as it took over 10 minutes for one breakfast sandwich, hash brown, and medium black coffee. After we used the preferred kiosk method of ordering. I'm not a huge fan of kiosk ordering in the first place. However I believe it would have been worse waiting for a person to take our order. Don't go to this location if you are in any sort of hurry. Bathrooms were clean.

Order the 5 dollar mcchicken meal tonight. Got the fries drink and 4 piece nugget. They forgot the mcchicken. Tried calling them and after 2 minutes of the phone ringing I hung up. It is almost 9 pm and we were the only person in line, there was no reason they couldn't answer the phone. Please reach out to me as I paid for a full meal and can't even talk to someone to let them know as they won't answer the phone. That's bs.

So my daughter got a happy meal and they gave her a mcchicken with cheese, ketchup and a pickle on it.. I’ve worked at McDonald before and that’s just.. different lol and the bigger male with long hair and glasses at the presentation window has no business working in customer service.

Just stopped for a coke, so I really can't tell you much about it.
We came into the dining room this evening around 8:30pm to order our dinner on 11/11/2024. We had a wonderful encounter with who I believe was the manger. I wish I would have caught her name. That was some of the best customer service we have had anywhere in a long time! I’m thankful for her and how kind she was.

Nice people, service was very polite, took quite a bit of time to get my food not sure if they were processing a lot of orders or something this particular location seems to do a lot of doordash type stuff. Food was all right would not say it was the best for having to wait so long to get it.. but overall it was an okay experience!

All of the workers are working together and being as fast as they can. I got the McDouble meal it was to me within seconds my food was hot and made correctly. Will say it was shocking not seeing a soda machine when I came in..
