Don't use the app here. It took 32 minutes from the time I submitted the payment to the time they finally brought out the order. Deals are not worth it. The drive through takes 5 to 10 min. Nobody checks those online orders. They bring your food and run off. You still have to go back in to make them get the order right.

I'm sorry McDonald's but you aren't what you used to be, your food is low quality, bun was stale, sauce was not in the right spot, fries were cold, and my gf said that one of her friends had found a dead rat in there m flurry at one point. The design of the McDonald's itself is better than the food. What happened to you McDonald's!! I wish I had gotten a refund.

After the remodel you have to order at the kiosk and they removed the drink machine from the dining room. Took longer to get a refill then to get my food. You can still get your own refills at the Wendy's across the street.

I love Elwood McDonald's ppl are great. I hate the frappe machine breaks alot but the ppl apologize everytime an because they know me they make jokes when it is fixed. An for r those who give a bad review because they have to wait long time. They all still go back an understand it's not their fault ppl don't want to work so they do their best with the great team they have.

Employee out front was very nice and patient with all the people. We are from out of town not even to our destination for the 2024 Eclipse. We tried to order on the kiosk but it went down half way through our order. Staff member fixed it but offered to take our order directly. Inside was full and the drive through was backed up. Our food was still made in a timely manner and it was correct! I know not everyone’s was correct this day and mistakes will be made in the future. However, from how I seen the staff react and fix the issue was fantastic. They never questioned the customer. They were friendly, understanding and corrected the problem. So whoever the young lady working the front on April 8th 2024 around 1:30PM give or take…Thank you!The only thing I noticed was there was a lot of special sauce on my Big Mac. I’m assuming because they were swamped and the person putting on said sauce was in a rush. If not…Tone it down a smidge! ?

Spanish lady manager in Elwood Indian who wears a construction vest.Didn't want to take our order at the counter. sent us to the screen smh. If I don't want to use kiosks. I'm not going to .Don't force me to because you don't want to putt in my order.Then told us she doesn't like people. I told her that her customer service was bad . She said she didn't care. "I'm loving it" I suggest not going inside to McDonald'sanymore. Unless you want to end up working for them for 10 min. . Doing jobs of people who watched training videos for a reason. Maybe watch them again. Customer service training video again for miss lady who hates customers.She said it herself. Howare these type of workers managers? Makes no sense

Went inside thinking itd be faster than the drive through. Walked into a bad invironment a few un happy customers already in there. Had one Kiosk working nobody taking orders, one lady only bought a Coke and ended up walking out saying they can just have the Coke as she was tired of waiting, nobody spoke english in there. We waited 15 minutes for some pancakes and a mcgriddle.

So this morning I came through the drive I asked for a mc griddle sausage, bacon, cheese. All I got on my mc griddle was bacon and cheese?. And I asked for 2 Hashbrowns they only gave me 1 and the lady who was there's was rude.

So I had a 3:30 interview for the store. I showed up early to grab a bite to eat before and so I could get a idea of how the store operates. Not only did the environment felt stale and awkward but the management and crew were very dismissive and unwelcoming. Everyone I felt played the "I don't understand" card so speaking made it intimidating to talk because of the language barrier. When I finally got the managers attention the 1st time she acted offended that I took her from what she was doing ( the store wasn't at all busy) then she disappeared in the back and I don't know Spanish but she said something and next thing I knew there were workers peeking around the walls. Now, I then sat back down just to observe more. Not only was she (the manager) rude to customers but I watched a couple people walk out. So 30 minutes before my interview I approached the counter again. I waited for the screen to clear so she had no excuse to be rude, so I asked her again about my interview, as she walked off she put her hand in the air as if I was a bug and in perfect English saidomg (in Spanish) "five o'clock".I don't know if it was the color of my skin, or that I didn't speak Spanish or how I looked but I left feeling insecure judged and disrespected. This will probably get deleted but hopefully this will reach the right person and be fixed.3:48 pm literally just watched another potential customer walk out due to the rudeness of the manager. Smh insane

Not a fan of the "new and improved" McD. No drink stations or condiments in dining area, yet you wait between 5-10 minutes at counter to get help from a human. Also witnessed what I assume was the manager, berating a young employee. Not cool or professional. I will say, the food was hot and good. I probably will not frequent these type of McDs now. I prefer the human touch.
