Domino's just moved into town. Ill have it be known they don't have a darn thing on Elwood Papa Johns. Y'all are the best.

Phone ordering through Indian Call Center is ridiculous

Love going to papa john's my kids favorite place to get pizza and mine too the pizza is always fresh and good they are fast and have great customer service

i put a order from them to have a deliver at 9 at elsa n they used door dash n now i can eat cause they never come

They seemed to be pretty busy but in positive spirits and that was nice to see. It looked like they work really well together as a team too. The food was great especially the Philly cheese steak.

We order from here a lot and they never disappoint. The pizza is always fresh, they make our orders right every time. The pizza is good. Highly recommend!

I placed my order online and the corporate number called to tell me to tell me that the order couldn’t be completed due to the root beer that was selected is no longer stocked. I said that’s not a problem. We could change it to another soda or complete remove it from the order. I was then told that it couldn’t be done and my order would have to be canceled then re-ordered. All over a 2-liter? I will not order from Papa John’s again.

Trying to order from this location is a joke. The last two times I’ve tried to order online, customer service calls 15 mins after placing my order to tell me that the transaction could not be completed due to the location being out of root beer, or wings, or something I’ve selected. They tell me they would have to cancel my current order and I’d have to go back and reorder everything minus whatever items were out stock. I tried to place another order today, and the same thing happened again. I understand items run out, but they need to find a better way to update their online inventory or allow customer service to fix the order on their end. Until then, I’ll be taking an extended hiatus ordering from this location.

Some days it’s great, some days it’s like eating cardboard that has been out in the rain for 3 days then brought inside and then put outside in the rain again.
