Food arrived was still warm. I wanted to feel the weight of the box before I opened it. The weight was off for what I would expect to be feeling with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. Opened the box and this is what was received. Tastes was good The pizza could have been cooked more but was acceptable. For the price of a $37.52 pizza. I try to be fair and honest in my reviews. The amount of extras that was paid, was most definitely not worth the price paid. I find the pizza to be lacking for the price. I give the pizza 2 stars.
Also ordered the 2 medium pizza deal. That pizza was ok kids didn't complain.

To start off with my experience with Pizza Hut from Elwood. To start off the website is very easy to use and when I picked up my pizza and breadsticks the employees was very sweet and nice and I think her name was Mariah and the pizza was excellent the breadsticks was excellent everything was just so good and I want to say thank you for the good experience with great customer service for Mariah thank you again. I will recommend to family and friends and I'll be eating it again.

It's been over ten years since I've ordered from pizza hut. I called to order one of those new flatbread pizzas. Apparently, they won't make them after five o'clock. So, I told her never mind. I guess it will be another ten years before I will consider them again. I'm confused.Why would it matter what time of the day it is?

So online I ordered breadsticks and buffalo wings. I mean you really can't screw this up. I didn't think anyone is dumb enough in the United States but then I found Indiana. Im parked in my semi so I'm not super mobile so I figured I'll walk there and pick up my order. I don't think I need to check it because again breadsticks buffalo wings can't screw it up. Get back to the truck to find out they give me a yellow cheese sauce for breadsticks I've been ordering Pizza Hut for at least 15 to 20 years. I've never gotten anything but marinara until I come to Indiana.I call and ask can you bring me some marinara? He said no one here has a vehicle. They are all well over the age of 18 and his response is no one here has a vehicle, I might have been a little rude at this point but that's when I said that makes sense got why I got yellow cheese sauce with my breadsticks. I would not recommend ordering here unless if you're also from Indiana and this is top notch intelligence for y'all

I ordered two custom pizzas and both of them were raw. The pizza looked delicious but once we bit into it. It was just raw dough. The boneless wings were a little punk inside. Everything was hot so I just assumed it would be cooked right. Now it was just money down the drain. The lady upfront was very nice though, very friendly.

I went in & ordered a pepperoni lovers melt & order of bread sticks & 2 cheeses...on 7/4/25....staff was interested in joking & smoking instead of their jobs ..I asked the guy when he tried to hand me my order without a bag ..if the extra cheeses were there....he said they were in the melt box....after handling my food to me...after I asked for a bag.....the whole time joking & funning with Jose the manager.... That's what they called him anyway....food was awful...the melt was over cooked .....which made it hard as a rock .... bread sticks were ok ..but ...did not receive the extra cheese sauce...I paid for.... probably $2 a piece...since you know ppl like cheese with bread sticks......has to tear melt apart to eat it....so.......I'm sure it won't change!!!!!!.....but ..I had a cpl minute of my life ...to tell you how bad your product/staff are....it was terrible... good day!!!

Ok so at this point of having 6 out of the last 6 orders messed up and being told it would be taken care of each time just for the some other issue to happen, I gotta say something. Most orders we’ve had missing items and been told they’ll fix it just for a call back an hour later and have the phone hung up on me. This time the pizza was literally soft uncooked dough. I don’t know how this is still an issue but I’m over it.

Pretty sad when you order a pizza and you go pick it up and does not have all the items that’s supposed to be on it because they ran out of product. You make a complaint and the manager or district manager does not give you a call back. That shows you that the Pizza Hut management team does not care about their customers.

Food itself is good if it actually gets to you on time. Says delivery at 8:11 pm. At 8:30 I get a text update saying my order will be door dashed, estimated delivery 9p. I placed the order at 7:30. Absolutely unacceptable to wait that long and get a cold pizza and for get the extra sauces I paid for. Shouldn't have to complain multiple times.
Edit with an update. Gave them another try on 11-14-24. Over an hour wait, which wouldn't matter, if my food was warm, my order complete, and my dipping sauces in their containers. Open container of cheese sauce, which dumped all other my bread sticks. And paid extra for another cup of marina, that I didn't receive. Food industry is just sad at this point. Didn't call to complain about this issue, and multiple others. I plan to just stay away from this location, as should everyone else around, in, or near elwood.
