I order through the app every time I go here. They have only got my order wrong once, but they gave me a free sandwich coupon to use after I brought it in and they made me a new one. The cookies are always good I mean come on it’s a subway cookie you know they are always good.
Me and my wife go to get a bite and because the staff was in such a hurry and cashed out my wife before my sandwich was done i couldnt get what i wanted on my sandwich and instead of a "hey we appologize we will take care of it" I got she has already paid we cant put that on ur sandwich because its an upcharge. I wish there where more places to eat in Elwood.

I ordered on the app and everything was cold and it had just got done when I got there to pick it up! They forgot a bag of chips plus didn’t tell me I had to make my own drink so I thought there was a bottle of pop in the bag I get home to an empty cup! Won’t order off the app ever again that’s just ridiculous it’s like they don’t give the same attention to those customers as they do the ones in front of them!
