I have never been to an Applebee's that was empty (no people). The hostess was rude. The drinks took FOREVER...even though there was no one there! BUT, our waitress (Chantelle?) Was a doll!! Other than her...not so great.

Mt husband is a truck driver, so we frequent Applebee's because it's open later than most places. Yesterday was the worst experience we've had. I felt bad for the server, because she had nothing to do with the quality of the food we were served. We went there because of the special they're having right now, which is all you can eat giblets, boneless wings, and double crunch shrimp. We both wantedthe riblets.We got there around 3pm, and the place was dead.. then we're told the giblets wouldn't be ready until around 5pm, so we had to get shrimp and boneless wings. Not only were we not able to order what we wanted.. but, the boneless wings(hot Buffalo) were very old looking dark brown HARD wings. Ended up just leaving the wings there, and went home.Very disappointing experience

Watched 4 groups of people that came in after us get food before us. Total time spent at establishment was an hour and a half only one of our group was brought food upon complaining had to argue with management to have the unserved food deducted from bill never once got an apology or

First off, I do want to say the hostess deserves a raise. She was trying to help and fill in wherever she could!It took over 15 minutes from the time we were seated for someone to take our drink orders. Our waiter walked by us at least 5 times and did not stop at any point. He said they were understaffed, but it was apparent they didn't try to make the situation better. I don't mind issues as long as thr restaurant tries to make it better. That did not happen. The food was cold when it arrived and it was not correct. We came for our daughter's birthday and it was just disappointing. Food and service were extremely poor.

First time coming here and all i did was an order to go. Picked it up and went on about my day not being able to eat my food for about 2 hours. I ordered a Medium Rare steak with sides and the steak was most definitely well done and burnt. I called the store and let them know what was going on and they proceeded to say “hold on let me get a manager” I sit on hold for about 10 minutes and i think well why not i’ll just drive over there. I stay on the phone, on hold and i get into the building and the damn phone is ringing in the back?? There’s about 10 workers, Store does not have very many customers. I wait for a few minutes and finally someone came up to the front and I asked for a manager since i had been waiting on hold to talk to one. Guy comes back a few minutes later and tells me that the manager can’t come out right now and that he’s doing shift changes?? Like you can’t come out and talk to a customer for 2 minutes and then go on with your work?Customer Service was GOD AWFUL!!I got my new food and checked my steak and sure enough it still was not Medium Rare! I went back into the store and waited in line, 2 more groups of people walk in behind me. We all wait and wait and finally a girl i hadn’t seen the first time comes up and i think she’s about to help me but instead serves and helps the people BEHIND me?? Completely ignoring the fact i was standing there waiting to be helped. The lady behind me realized the server ignored me and asked if i still needed helped and that she didn’t want to cut in line. I told her that no i hadn’t been helped that i had just been waiting. The server heard me and then she proceeds to help the people behind them! Finally another girl came out and saw i hadn’t been helped and got me help and an actual manager. Only 2 people were kind and willing to help me. I was patient, I wasn’t rude i just simply wanted my order corrected and it took over an hour for somebody to be even willing to help properly. I love applebees but I will never come back to this Location. Wasted over an hour of my time for nothing. Awful Service and Awful food

Cozy atmosphere! Had a really nice time on Christmas Eve! Mozzarella stix to start...signature riblets with fries are highly recommended! Waitress was friendly and attentive!

First off, we ordered 2 steaks medium rare and they came out well done. The sides were not what we had ordered at all. I don’t know if they had our ordered mixed up with someone else or what.The manager came to our table and apologized saying the cooks were in training. Evidently someone isn’t training them very well. From the other reviews I have read on here, the restaurant has to be losing money if they have to comp a lot.The only good thing that I can say is that our waitress did a halfway decent job. I’d give her a shout out if I could remember her name.We probably won’t be returning anytime soon.

Had late lunch 12/223. Service slow, food horrible. Even the fries were too salty to eat. I used to eat here a lot but the food is bland and unappetizing.. maybe they need to try to keep the same cook for consistency. . Won't return for a while. Applebee's your neighborhood has gone into slum lord status. The server was pleasant enough, but forgetful. I had to ask for refills. My steak was extremely overcooked and he offered to get a new. He brought the takeout box for it, but no lid. It cost me $94 for 3 people to have lunch. A burger, chicken Alfredo, and ribeye. They had cut into my ribeye right down the middle to see if it was cooked properly, then flipped it over thinking I wouldn't see. Way to let out all the flavor. The chicken in the chicken Alfredo was so over cooked the inner middle was the only edible part, jerky. The noodles and sauce blah and over done. The burger was ok, at least it was edible. A $6 side salad consisted of mostly iceberg lettuce and bits of diced tomatoes, peppers or cucumbers. Too small to tell for sure. I'm so disappointed. We had to wait a fairly long time, guess that's why we were served jerky. I honestly don't mind paying these prices if the food was good. My mashed potatoes were only hot on one side. Stay home and eat cereal it would be better.It's a damn shame, you treat yourself to a meal out only to have this happen. Applebee's I'm leaving your neighborhood.The server did not even offer to make any adjustments or offer an appetizer for next visit. Bye clean it up

Ordered steaks - medium rare - they were well done! ? Our server, Jocelyn, was awesome??- but the cook ruined the steaks! ?The manager comped the steaks, and apologized for the kitchen screwing up the food. I don’t think we’re going back again. ?Sorry, but we don’t recommend this establishment for steaks! ?
