I arrived one evening with a group of friends, and we all ordered as usual. The inside lobby was not very busy, but the drive through was constantly active. We all ordered without any problems, and the woman behind the counter was patient with some of my more indecisive friends. Everyone in my group, aside from myself, got their food in a timely manner, but my order had somehow gotten lost. I could tell from walking back up to the counter that the few people working were constantly scrambling to keep things running. I managed to get the attention of one lady who was either the manager or shift lead, and she apologized for the mistake. I received my food and went back to eating with my group. Not long after that, she left the kitchen and personally apologized again, while also giving me a complimentary card for my next meal. I did have to wait but was not bothered. Despite being understaffed that night, it was a crew of good people and they deserved a little patience. The lady who went to make amends was earnest and left a great impression for the rest of them. I will be returning.

My food was not as good as usual, I'll chalk it up to a fluke since it's usually fantastic.
I have never had so many issues with one restaurant. I wouldn't recommend even trying ro to place an order past 8 p.m. because they just close randomly or won't acknowledge the drive thru hoping you'll just drive away.
Have 4 for 10 on the sign. Have stickers in the window 4 for 10. Pull up to the order board and there is a hand written sign stating no 4 for 10. But they got roast beef...... ?Lost a loyal customer with this stunt.
