Great food
Best in Evansville! Owners are great people too!
Most local places around here just make all their entrees taste like straight sugar but this kitchen actually understands flavor balance. The hot and sour soup has the perfect amount of vinegar punch and white pepper heat that immediately clears your sinuses. You can taste the sear from the wok on the beef dishes which gives it that authentic depth. Easily the top tier choice in the area.
