Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano

My utensils had dried food on them as well as water spots. Every waiter that came to our table said they were new there and it showed with awkward moments placing our food on the table and handing our glasses to us instead of setting them down in front of us. As well as forgetting our straws. One gentleman came out of the kitchen with one of our meals wearing an AirPod which is just bad presentation to your customers.

The food was very mediocre in my opinion. I had spaghetti marinara and it tasted like I had just gotten a box of spaghetti and marinara sauce and thrown it together myself. Not to say it was terrible; it just wasn’t good. Not worth paying $15+ a plate for. We had to ask for the bread that came with my wife’s appetizer and her pizza came out extremely undercooked. So much so that the cheese was still in shredded pieces in some areas.

This was the first time there and the food was fantastic. I had the chicken pietro and it was great. Also tried the fried ravioli appetizer and those were awesome. Definitely a good place to eat.

Okay so as my first time trying Biaggi’s, I would definitely go back. We got seated and had a very nice and respectable waiter, Cameron. The bread was extremely good. I had ordered a pepperoni pizza with fresh mozzarella, and a tiramisu. My friend had got a chopped chicken caesar salad. The pizza was really good, and the tiramisu was so airy and dense at the same time. The food was all fulfilling and I’d recommend trying the tiramisu if you go. Service was excellent, other than an issue of when placing a plate too fast and the food came off. The waiter apologized profusely and offered to have another made. After they had cleaned it, the manager David came over to check up and offered dessert on the house. After seeing reviews on the bad service, I was surprised when we got in and had perfect service. It didn’t take too long of a wait for food and the prices are great for the food you get.

Must go! Food was excellent. Went for my son's birthday. James Rudolph is an excellent waiter! Great personality and lots of fun. He made the dinner even more enjoyable.

I really hope Biaggi’s isn’t losing their sparkle. Had reservations and requested a booth, seated at a table. Tuscan Tea was atrocious, the waiter did take care of that. Had to ask for bread. No Parmesan or plate brought. Had to send the waiter back for those. Husband ordered chicken parm and it was burnt. Felt like we had to run our waiter across the restaurant 100 times but definitely not the same experience as any prior visit. Hoping it was an off night. Not sure when we had to start boxing up our own food but for $25+ a plate, it’s weird. Not bad enough to where I don’t want to return but will absolutely reconsider another place for a nice dinner out before coming back.

I don’t know what has happened to this place. Our family has been driving from Owensboro to come eat here for over ten years. This is the place we all go for birthdays, etc. But for some reason, for the past 2 years, this place has been on a steady decline in quality of their food. The filet has been a lot of our go-to and the past 3 times it has been absolutely disgusting. It’s not cooked improperly, the quality of meat is just down right gross. Very sad to say, but it’s time to find a new tradition. I hope they fix it, but our entire family has agreed that we just can’t keep coming and hoping for it to be better one day. I hope this place fixes their issue because it used to be an absolute gem of a restaurant.

Ordered takeout from the table. Server was nice but it took a long time to get a beer. They brought the wrong food. The spicy riggis house special had undercooked rigatoni and unevenly oddly chopped chicken. The Alfredo sauce was not good. Had been here previously and was better but this was a total miss.

Did not receive my complementary bread and oil with my carry-out order. The gentleman that brought the items to my car seemed in a rush. Not a good experience 😕

We celebrated our parents 50th Anniversary, and could not have been happier with the food, service, and atmosphere. Thank you Christian for hosting us and taking care of every little detail!
