The food here is always great the California burger is my go to but I did try the new brisket burger it was amazing

Food was really bad. Service was delayed and place was dirty.

One of my favorites. Amazing burgers and love the shoestring fries! Amazing as always!

Expensive for quantity of food

Used to eat here all the time until the quality of food and service went down dramatically.

The wait times for drive-thru are so long that it's faster to hop out of line and head over to Culvers for better food.

Workers taking your order don't even care to speak up when they have very quiet mics.

Burger and hot dog buns don't get toasted often.

Most importantly they consistently serve almost inedible shoestring fries that are burnt to the point of being browned and completely crispy and have black flakes on them from what I guess is dirty fry oil.

Really good food, but had to wait for my order to be corrected.

First time last weekend! It was amazing! 100% recommend the Californian burger!!

I VISITED OCT 13 @12:00PM AND was told that they weren't taken orders because the kitchen was backed up there 20 custom in the business I asked well can't you take my order she supervisor told her no orders I left the shop won't go back there several of turn away

I love coming there the people are nice and they are quick to get the food done and not to mention I love the food. We love goin to the west side location.

The restaurant was clean! The food was hot and fresh, the staff was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, everyone was smiling and happy. The environment was just all around great. The bathrooms were even clean! Great restaurant.

Parking: Parking lot was clean and there was plenty of parking.

My only complaint is the price $8.00 for a burger at a fast food restaurant is very pricey. For a couple more dollars I can get a whole meal at Cheddar's which is what I will do next time.
