Cookies are my favorite, but went tonight and had a girl wait on me at the register and she is the most hateful thing. Why on earth would you out someone like that to wait on customers is beyond me. She’s waited on us a handful of times and has had the same crappy attitude every time.

Visited Great American Cookie in Eastland Mall recently. It is under new ownership. The person I spoke with was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the recipe for the cookies has been changed. The cookies are smaller and dryer. I have been buying these cookies for years, so I know what they USED to taste like.
