I eat here 2-3 times a week and the service has always been fairly bad but it just keeps going downhill. If you’re okay with consistently rude then you’ll like this location:). The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean.

Didn’t have a delivery driver so I got offered a refund. Haven’t gotten a refund a week later, called and got a polite woman but a guy in the background was cussing and talking about all the calls because a lot of people aren’t getting their refunds. I asked for his information since he was cussing at me and she hung up. Called again and asked for whoever I was talking to then got hung up on again. Called again they hung up when it connected. I had a lot of problems at this one and come back every few months then get let down. This one needs to close and fire all their rude employees. Because if I had half a mind I would go up there and smack all of them for being rude.

Had it delivered. It did take an hour to be delivered, but it was lunch time. My first bite had a hair in it so I couldn't even eat my lunch.

Terrible service. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and waited for quite a while only to have the employee tell me they weren’t taking any new orders. When I asked if that meant I should come inside, the employee said no, they still weren’t taking any new orders. I thought they were supposed to be fast? I will not be visiting this location again.

Jimmy John's has great food, but this location has some of the worst service in all of Evansville. I placed an order through their app, waited over an hour with no updates to my order, so I called them and they told me they have no drivers. Ok, why not call and tell me that an hour ago instead of leaving me hungry and waiting? Disappointing, oh well.A month later I give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another try. The exact same thing happens. I don't see the point in accepting online orders when you can't fulfill them and it's appalling that you guys leave your customers in the dark about the status of their orders

Not taking orders today…it’s noon on Monday no explanation other than not taking orders … this location needs serious help

We were in the store last night to eat. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Then they told us that we couldn't order because they had to shred lettuce. We weren't even going to get lettuce on our sandwiches. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else for dinner.

3rd time trying to order from this location in the last few months kinda strange having an open business and not being able to order. Placed an online order sat at drive thru for 10 minutes before being acknowledge only to be told they are out of gloves and can't make sandwiches lol

Saw an employee wiping their nose & touching their personal phone and then putting on gloves. No washing of hands whatsoever.Walked out before ordering. I’d rather not get food poisoning.

This store is awful! Today is the third time I’ve encountered rude employees here. I wish I would stop forgetting to not come to this location. The food is good enough, if they get your order right. And you better hope they get it right, or else you will have to fight tooth and nail with a few different employees to get it made right. It’s like they take it personally. Service is slow and your food will still be wrong. I can deal with that type of thing usually but not with hateful staff on top of it. Gloves that were being used to make food were also being used to type on the cash register monitor and to take payments. Do not recommend.

Poor management by far, placed an order ahead of time for my lunch break, hours before hand. I call to ask about my order and they tell me their delivery person isn't in and won't be in till much later. Why didn't you reach out to tell me before hand, so I could have ordered somewhere else. And whenever I do order they never cut my sandwich. A sad way to conduct business.

I have ordered from this place so many times and only once or twice was my order correct. I always check the box for a straw, napkins and to have sandwich cut in half. I mostly do receive a straw but never napkins and mostly never is my sandwich cut in half. This last order was pathetic. I had went and marked that I only wanted "light" mayo, meaning very little, I also marked that I wanted "light" oil, my sand wich was drenched in mayo and oil. Did not get a straw, did not get napkins and sandwich was not cut in half. Now the biggest thing is that every time I order the delivery driver brings it inside the place of business, the last 2 times I ordered from this place the delivery guy called me and told me to come outside and get it.....Oh hell no...I will not order from here again. Never will I. To many places to order from than to put up with their bs.
