Didn’t have a delivery driver so I got offered a refund. Haven’t gotten a refund a week later, called and got a polite woman but a guy in the background was cussing and talking about all the calls because a lot of people aren’t getting their refunds. I asked for his information since he was cussing at me and she hung up. Called again and asked for whoever I was talking to then got hung up on again. Called again they hung up when it connected. Terrible service. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and waited for quite a while only to have the employee tell me they weren’t taking any new orders. When I asked if that meant I should come inside, the employee said no, they still weren’t taking any new orders. I thought they were supposed to be fast? I will not be visiting this location again.

I eat here 2-3 times a week and the service has always been fairly bad but it just keeps going downhill. If you’re okay with consistently rude then you’ll like this location:). The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean.
