We were in from out of town and it was 9:30pm and suddenly I needed ice creamš¦š¦Saw that Lic's was less than two miles up the road, AND OPEN UNTIL 10:30!! We swing by and get a regular vanilla cone and the choco cream treats... So quick and they did not disappoint!! So good, I wish we lived closer so we could have these tasty treats all the time, 10/10, highly recommend!! Definitely get some good eats here

We ordered a chicken bacon RANCH sandwich. We had open the sandwich up and didnāt see any ranch at all. So she asked for ranch for her sandwich, They was going to charge us. So she came back to eat the dry sandwich, with hot sauce. I went up there and they Stated there was ranch on it, but maybe not enough for you to taste. They stated, They are just works there, and we would have to go higher up to make complaint.

I have been going to LICS for years and they've decided to stop filling your shake cups so that you're buying a few ounces of air. The owner denied that I've had full cups in the past with chocolate chips visible on the lid. Apparently trusting my lying eyes. He's either mistaken or not been buying shakes. I have a tire pump at home to get free air.

LICS doesn't fill their shake cups all the way up anymore. I asked about it, and the excuse was they needed room for whipped cream if I paid extra. I warned them DQ fills up the cups, and they laughed. The sign of a dying business. Sell the customer air. Another fast food in town does the same with sodas. Penny-wise, a pound foolish.

I hadn't been to Lic's in a while, but really wanted a shake tonight, and got a kiddie cup for my dog. Hardly any ice cream in the shake and not well blended. Giant french fry and clump of hair in the kiddie cup. This was the Weinbach and Washington location.

Waited over 20 minutes at the Newburgh drive thru, was told ā the volume was turned downā really ?! Because the last thing I heard was āIāll be with you in a few minutesā absolutely ridiculous.

I usually love Lics club croissant and the butter mustard but today they didnāt put any on the sandwich and Iām very disappointed. I also love the potato soup but today it looks curdled and unedible. The food is to expensive to have these kinds of mistakes! Do better Lics. Iāll try again someday.
I've always loved Lic's ice cream, but I just recently had a Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken added from the Washington location, and I was very happy with it! The ingredients were fresh, and the Lic's House Dressing tasted great!

Quality has gone down the drain while prices have skyrocketed. A 50% price increase in Choco Creams and a hand full of crushed potato chips is pathetic. Very disappointed.

The one on weinbach just threw in whole pieces of meat instead of cutting it up like they are suppose to, will not be back to this one. If u donāt wanna do ur job right then find a new job. This salad looks like crap
