We had dinner for the first time on a Wednesday night. It is dark inside and feels more like a romantic upscale restaurant. We didn't get chips at first like your typical Mexican place. We were told normally you have to pay for chips and salsa but they are free on Wednesdays. There was only one server so service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry. They do not have ground beef, if you are looking for that in a taco. The guacamole is good and our food was good.
The food was great, but the service was awful. The place was no where near crowded, and our waitress was painfully slow with everything from our drink order, to our food order, refills and bringing the check. If the food wasn’t great, it would definitely be a one star. Yes I’ll go back because the food was

Fresh, quality ingredients at an average restaurant price. Great menu, large portions. Service is always prompt, and if you’re lucky enough to grab an outdoor seat on the balcony during pretty weather, it’s perfection.
