We have come in just a couple times for Friday karaoke after work and both times the bartender Shawn was so full of energy. Dancing and cheering for the people singing while he worked. He even found the time to sing a couple songs himself this past time! The interactions he had with the D.J was hilarious, like they had been friends for years!

Shutting down the kitchen early on a friday during Karaoke is a stupid move. Understand: there are no places to get a burger and a beer for those who may get out of work at 12am. Imagine coming to your place after work looking to snarf down a fat, juicy burger just to hear the kitchen was closed. And I've spent many a night and a considerable amount of money in your establishment. Man, you could be making so much more money if you served food when no other place was.

If your bringing your own stick its a great pool hall. If your bringing your own darts its an okay darts spot. Bartenders suck. Drinks are okay. If you ain't bored out of your mind dont come

If you’re from a different country they will not accept your Identification. United States citizens only. Legally can be sued for this. They will also tell you to never come back here if you don’t have a US ID. Talk about racist.

Nice chill night. The bartender Andrew was absolutely hilarious. Kept me entertained all night, I'll be happy to come back and see him.
Any negative review on this guy really just shows what kind of customer you are.

My friends and I are regulars and usually have great experiences at this place, which is why we were disappointed by our experience this evening. The bartender working tonight, who identified himself as Andrew (dark hair, bushy beard, don’t know if that’s his real name!), behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. He directed a customer to move to the back of the line, stating that the individual had previously “tried to get him fired,” which felt inappropriate and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for those waiting. Additionally, he did not check identification for anyone in my group, which is concerning given that ID verification is a legal requirement. We normally enjoy coming here and wanted to share this feedback so the issue can be addressed. We unfortunately left for the evening as I didn’t appreciate the hostile environment this bartender created.

I totally understand why he got the bad review! This was heartbreaking to watch.

worst service ever from andrew. kicked us out because he has thin skin. he was rude and yells at women! he made every one of our group of 5 women uncomfortable because he couldn’t handle criticism about his rude attitude.

tonight i went in there and was kicked out by ANDREW the guy in the backwards hat. i approached the bar to order and mind you, my husband and i are in there nearly every single weekend. i had previously left a review about his rudeness so he was upset about this and kicked me to the back of the line taking about “i can wait since i left a bad review” i told him he was rude to me and if he can’t handle a bad review im sorry. he continues to escalate and call me names so i get my husband up there and he proceeds to kick us out. we have spent so much money in there and unfortunately it’s ruined for us until this rude man is gone. he needs to be fired. he was yelling at me and my group of female friends from across the bar. im assuming because he’s a man he felt empowered. it was embarrasing for him. he called us all slurs and refused us all service because i left an honest review. so unfortunate.

The guy working tonight on 1/23 was a class act. I told him to make me whatever he wanted with my preferences and he delivered every time. Such a fun & chill joint ❤️

I had a few hours to kill yesterday, and came to o Brian's. Everything was great. I had a few beers and an order of Cajun fries with cheese 🔥.
The backwards white hat guy was great, idk why that one chick said he was rude. Honestly, one of the best bartenders I've had lately.

would give this place a 5 star review. we come here every weekend BUT the new guy with the backwards white hat is so rude. we miss johnathan and cory! they’re the best if they’re working you’re in good hands. or zack/his wife they’re great. backwards hat guy RUDEEEEEE
