There was a group of probably 20 of us at 6 on Saturday 11/29. I don't remember our waitresses name but she was awesome. Very attentive, fast service, great food and it all came out at the same time.

Really delicious! We haven’t been to Outback Steakhouse in quite a while and it was good to dine here again! We had a filet mignon, baked potatoes, and a blooming onion! 😋😋😋

Our server was awesome! She was very friendly and very attentive! The facility was very clean and we didn’t have to wait for a table, but we were there a little later in the evening.

The steak was delicious, the baked potatoes were good size and tasted great! The blooming onion was also very tasty! We will definitely be back! We give Outback Steakhouse FIVE STARS!

We love Outback, sometimes will order delivery and have the steaks cooked just a little under and then microwave them or airfryer for a quick turn up to temp for a tasty meal.

Something Profound

Grubhub forgot part of my order. Outback called me a few minutes after my order arrived, and they addressed the issue and had someone bring the rest of my order in just 20 minutes! And they also gave me a gift card when they dropped off the missing part of my order!! Superb customer service and professionalism!! I wish I could rate the service more than 5 stars, thank you so much!!

My fiancée and I don’t go out to eat very often, but when we do, we usually choose places like Outback. Let me start by saying that my opinion of this particular visit does not necessarily reflect the overall atmosphere or the service you may experience — this is just based on my visit.

When we were seated, drinks and an appetizer were ordered right away. However, I noticed we didn’t have any silverware or napkins at our table. That’s a basic detail that should be taken care of when guests are seated — I shouldn’t have to ask for it.

The floor around our table was dirty, chairs weren’t pushed in properly, and the tables nearby hadn’t been cleaned. Management seemed to expect servers to clean the tables while three hostesses sat chatting at the front door — one even eating off a plate. This takes away from the guest experience and overall service quality.

As for the food: the fries were overly salted, and the rice was hard and cold. The ribs were decent, and the shrimp was good.

Overall, management needs to improve the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Outback used to be a special place for my family on special occasions, and I’d like to see it return to that standard. I’ll give it another try in the future.

I ordered a medium-well burger but it came out rare. The fries were extra salty, and everything tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The only decent part was the cheesecake it was fine, but overall a pretty disappointing meal.

We had an awful experience there last night! Waitress was very nice. Ordered a Ribeye and when it came out it smelt really funny. Against my better judgment I tasted it. Awful idea it was stringy and just looked rotten. The waitress smelt it and kind of panicked said she would take it off and get me something else. She said anything no charge. Manager came out and apologized and went to register and did something. Finally got my bill and she gave me a $28 credit for a $36 meal and charged me $32 for the other steak with no sides and also charged me for my sides….they served a spoiled ribeye and up charged me. We paid and left and won’t go back…..$112 for two people because of their spoiled steak…….yikes
