Such a disappointment! Place was half empty on a Wednesday but it still took 40 minutes to get our lunch. Cold mashed potatoes, cold hard roll, undercooked livers, tasteless chicken salad that looked like chunky soup served on a burnt croissant. Never again!!
Biscuits are hard and tasteless , gravy is thin and tastes watered down, pan rolls are cold and stale. Cole slaw served spoiled. Vegetables are over salted and some are over and under cooked. French fries served cold. It takes way too long to get service. Owner and servers complain to customers about each other ,their job , personal life and regular customers. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was so hungry for a homemade chocolate meringue pie and where would I think to get one but at The Pie Pan - right!? Wrong!! My husband surprised me by bringing home a chocolate meringue pie for my birthday. With great anticipation, I opened the box and took out my pie. I thought it looked strange, but as I tried cutting into it, I found nothing that resembled meringue. It stuck to my knife and was the consistency of dried-out marshmallow....read full review
