Well I’m done. From time to time there was a good employee that gave good customer service. But sadly this location on covert and South green river have just declined over the years. Tonight I couldn’t even get service. I parked on the outer lanes and after a few minutes a voice finally chimed in that they were closed??? So I moved to the inner lane and then was left to sit. I gave up and left. Won’t be back. It was 8pm on a Thursday. And the lady seemed like she would rather be anywhere else.. when the managers don’t care neither will the employees.

Literally sat at the drive in to order for 25 minutes. Nobody ever came. Walk in. Gloves aren't needed. Workers eating milkshakes at the register. Place looks completely dirty. Tried to order. Took 3 ppl to figure out how to ring up two combo meals. Then nobody knew how to do the math on the money we were giving them. Took our money back and left. Will never go back and I suggest everyone do the same. Oh side note. They ignore the red button for an easy night and everyone has no clue they were "broken"

This place is the absolute worst place ever.. I used to work here..they do not care about their employees at all. I am pregnant and I am not in control of my bladder they would not let me go home and change my clothes and come back to finish my shift.. also they took my husband off the schedule completely without even telling him so we are out of a whole paycheck..if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management sucks the manager refuses to talk to us and they unplugged their phone.

I'm not a person to give bad reviews, but after confirming our order 3 times, we barely got it right.There were things on our order that we never got, the hot dogs were less than impressive (yes, I know it's a fast food place), and after 40 minutes of waiting, we finally got our food.I snoozed in my car while my friend had to walk in to get our food order.As for confirming our order 3 times via the intercom, I still got a sweet iced tea. 3 times we asked for UN sweet tea, and we got a large SWEET tea.I'm not sure what was going on inside, but it would have been nice to know that the wait was going to be excessive.I hope management understands the issues and finds a way to rectify it and can properly convey to customers potential wait times.

Terrible service they were short staff and the only staff on duty was a rude lady (manager) who looked and spoke like she was under the influence. It took an hour for them to tell me they were out of half my order. I had to call the sonic because we were being ignored when we pressed the button. We had to order online because no one took our order. The lady told me they’re not giving me a refund and I was being disrespectful yeah because it took an hour to get a hold of you. It took you 45 minutes to answer me back and people who were there before us left before us. Terrible service not recommended to go. Short staff. I will be calling corporate and talking to the GM. Ridiculous and I try not to be a Karen but my god. No refunds.

100% the worst Sonic experience I have ever had. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. When our food was finally brought, only about 2/3 of what we ordered was in the bag. That is when we were informed that they were out of what we didn't receive. It would have been nice to know at the time we ordered, so that we could have made a substitute. We weren't about to wait another 30 minutes to get another order.

If you like looking at a picture &think that is what you're receiving, don't kid yourself.If you visit the Sonic on Covert Ave. in Evansville In.you'll be disappointed.I ordered 4 coney cheese dogs & got 4 disappointing weiners on buns, all shriveled up,like they were old or overcooked, hardly any chili & cheese.DON'T believe what you see in the picture,it's just another form of con art.I guess you can tell I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!If people boycott them they might learn their lesson.

Order with the app, half price drinks and contactless. On most recent visit, around 8pm, they left out part of our order so I pushed the red button and the guy says "sorry we're not taking any orders now we're on break". I explained I was missing items and just wanted the rest of my order. Finally the lady came out and asked what was missing. I didn't realize they completely shut down for breaks.

If I could give zero I would. This is the worst place to work. General manager Michelle sleeps with multiple employees and favors them. They don't train their managers and instead let them learn from mistakes but then they get reprimanded for said mistakes. Just a horrible work experience. They don't practice hygiene either so most the food people eat are from ungloved nasty hands. They make sick people work it's just horrible. Would never recommend working or eating there
