It was good and we got the special service was good.
I really am starting to believe that the people that work at Sonic cannot read. I ordered a Footlong Quarter Pound Coney Combo with Chili Cheese Tots. A Strawberry Lemonade and a Blue Raspberry Slushy. Both with cherry fruit added. I received 2 Footlong Quarter Pound Coney Dogs. No Tots and one of drinks. This is not the first mess up. I don't think I'll be coming back. Because if you do not care about what the customer wants. Then why work there?
Ashlyn went above and beyond after my visit by personally reaching out to discuss my feedback. She genuinely listened, cared about making things right, and showed that creating a great experience for every customer is important to her.
