I ordered 3 ocean waters and when I got home when I took the cups out I realized there was a slit in each cup and it poured out the bottom. Wasn't that mad cause it happens. Besides that the food was awesome. But next time my drinks better not all spill out the bottom 👀
I have never had a truly bad experience at any Sonic Drive In and i visit quite often to different ones in multiple cities. I think a forgotten straw or ketchup packet is the worst thing I can say I've had happen to me. Is it luck that they have all been pleasant or downright happy? Or are they trained to be such employees? Either way, I love the way they have presented themselves. I am a big fan of this chain!! I love the food and atmosphere!! Thank you Sonic Drive-In!!...
Friendly, outgoing staff. If you hang out at the picnic tables they will probably ask you to fill out a survey and put down their name so they can win vacation days. Sometimes they give out free drink tokens too.
