Walked in order 2 drinks watched the line in drive threw completely empty out and new cars coming in getting there orders before I did. Only had 2 people working the counter. And the machine asked if you want to leave a tip. Tip should be given when you recieve your order because I would not gave one if I new I would be sitting here this long think I'm going to ask for a refund.

Ordered 2 drinks. Waited over 45 minutes while the drive through went through at least 3 times. It's disappointing to pay about $6 per drink and wait that long! Will not be doing this again

The is a very good Starbucks. Nice big layout with plenty of spots to setup and study or do some work. Staff were excellent! Very clean. I will stop in here again the next time I’m in the area.

Horrible experience today at this location. Cashier took my order and money, then looked to the next customer. I said, "Do you need my name?" They just smiled and said, "Oh, I should have asked for that. My bad!" Never did ask my name. I literally waited 45 minutes before learning my order was completely lost. On a positive note, the young lady who issued my refund was very helpful and friendly. However, I will NEVER visit this location again

I made an online pick up order and had no idea the chaos that was happening at the West Side Starbucks. When we got to the Starbucks is was crazy outside. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and spilling out into the side street. The parking lot was packed with cars. I went inside at the time the app said my order would be ready and even though there was about 30 drinks sitting on the counter none of them was mine. There was at least 15 people waiting for their orders. The workers didn't miss a beat the entire hour I waited for my order. They informed us multiple times that it was an abnormally busy day and they were behind at least 45 minutes. I watched the workers work together and not once get short with each other or with customers. At one point an employee passed out discount cards because of the wait. It was definitely annoying to wait for my coffee but the staff working was absolute rockstars.

If the card machine is down, then do not just put a sign by the menu only. Waited in line for 20 mins just to get no breakfast. I could have had time to go somewhere else before work. No common sense to put a sign anywhere else when you know the line is always long for drive thru.
