I made an online pick up order and had no idea the chaos that was happening at the West Side Starbucks. When we got to the Starbucks is was crazy outside. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and spilling out into the side street. The parking lot was packed with cars. I went inside at the time the app said my order would be ready and even though there was about 30 drinks sitting on the counter none of them was mine. There was at least 15 people waiting for their orders....read full review
... they are VERY busy; I've been by every morning around 7:30, and it always takes about 20 min in the drive-thru.Drinks are always correct and the staff is super-friendly!

The is a very good Starbucks. Nice big layout with plenty of spots to setup and study or do some work. Staff were excellent! Very clean. I will stop in here again the next time I’m in the area.
