Terribly slow service!!!! We spent over 30 minutes in the store waiting. We had two drinks to go (hot and cold) and got the hot drink 20 minutes before the cold drink. I’m glad I wasn’t waiting by myself. Very slow service and the timing of the distribution of drinks was a joke!
I ordered a drink from this Starbucks using Uber Eats. I work in an office of 3 and am unable to leave the office. I ordered a Chai latte with pumpkin. I paid $15 for the drink, delivery and tip. The driver arrives (who was excellent btw) and informs me that this particular Starbucks ran out of pumpkin and gave me "something else."
I don't want "something else." I want pumpkin. Now, I do understand if they are out, there is nothing they can do about that.
