Jess and Laura are amazing. There are several new faces who are just as friendly and kind. My drinks are always delicious and the food is perfect. Hands down, west side is the best side!
Service was alright for the most part however i asked for multiple pumps of cane sugar syrup and the girl that put them in my drink only pushes down half way on the bottle so it was not as sweet as it should have been.

Clearly Venti means something different now.. waited 30 plus mins when I went inside to get my drink. Then after 5-6 people came an went inside & thru the drive thru they said what are you waiting on. I said VENTI mocha cookie crumble & waited another 5 mins to be given the wrong drink size.
