The Rooftop

Took awhile to get menus and took even longer to get our food. We were a party of 10 and the waitress got two orders wrong. There’s a whole story to that but one of the girls was expected to pay for her food when they took it away from her and each person we talked to was not taking the time to understand why she shouldn’t have to pay for a meal she didn’t eat. Once again, long story. One of the women was extremely rude to us. I was shocked a local business could be so rude. We were told how we were being recorded so the recording was being watched my the general manager and being listened to, which is very creepy. The whole dining experience was just awful and it was my twin daughters’ 18th birthday so it sucked overall for their celebration. I am very disappointed in a local business treating their customers so bad.

We go to The Roof Top before big events and before concerts at the Ford Center. The food is always amazing and the drinks are quick! 10/10 everytime!

Had a limited item menu due to the concert. Would like to come back with a full menu!

A highly recommend food stop in downtown Evansville! The service was great, and the food was out of this world delicious. Everything was so unique! Chicken on the beach pizza is a Mexican twist on pizza. You might think that the Rooftop Smash burger is “just another burger and fries”, but I can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The rooftop sauce really kicked the burger up a notch, and the fries have an amazing seasoning on them. Almost like, brown sugar? Don’t knock them until you try them! This cocktail features rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and cream of coconut. Such a nice drink before or after your meal. Definitely try to stop by and give the Rooftop a try!

Not the atmosphere we were looking for. It was an event night a couple of blocks over, so the crowd was based on the ruthless country, hard rock performer that was scheduled to entertain that night. The event menu was grease, grease, and more grease; extremely limited. Excessive drinking, loud, and rude people. It's more like a college bar than a place to enjoy a rooftop view of the night sky. We sat down in the patio, and I took one look at the menu. Then I looked up at my husband for him to read the disappointment on my face! He said the exit is right behind you as he nodded in that direction. Without hesitation, I looked up another restaurant to dine. If you're ever in the area, explore the eateries on Main as the options and settings are better than any preset short event menu has to offer!

Me and my wife came here for our anniversary today and me and were very pleased work everything. Love the Food, shout out to the cook, you're amazing! Waitress was pleasant attentive and made the experience better even with her hard work taking care of us and 3 or more other tables by herself she never missed a beat. Will back back again!

I could have eaten the most garbage food, had the most overpriced drinks, suffered the nastiest atmosphere, and I would still come back for Gabi. Best waitress I've ever had in my life. (The food is fantastic and the drinks are bomb btw.) She made a bachelorette the most fun our friend group has ever had.
