Listen I love this place, the smoothies are amazing (most of the time)… but it is genuinely so ridiculous how three cars can be in front of me at the drive thru and the wait takes nearly half an hour before I get to the window to pick up my order. This is not just a one time thing, it’s every time. I have to literally plan my day around picking up a smoothie.

This is our 3rd time at this place. The first two times, the smoothies were not blended enough and had a lot of ice in them, which obviously makes it not a smoothie. Today, when we went in to order, we were never acknowledged at any point. I had to check with my child to make sure I and he were actually visible. Everyone cleared the restaurant, yet none of the 4 workers (including the manager), ever acknowledged us. The manager started speaking with the employees, while we continued to wait about how some gentleman should have never had to wait for over 30 minutes… A VERY IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE is that while waiting, we saw the male employee (with black hair) rinsed out about 6 clear and 2 orange blenders and just continued reusing them. There are people with PEANUT BUTTER allergies and other foods, so the rinsing out probably wouldn’t cut it. I imagine they may keep the peanut blenders separate(hopefully), but the leftovers in the blenders from order-to-order is no good.

To be honest this was a terrible experience that left me wondering whether I would ever visit this place again. We received 1/3 of our order (smoothie) within 10 minutes and waited nearly another 10 minutes to receive the rest of our order (acai bowl and peanut butter banana Flatbread) while the next 2 customers recieved their orders which was nearly the same. Multiple customers were also complaining about incomplete and incorrect orders. The staff mainly young women seemed to be working hard but lacked direction.

When they're open the hours that are posted I think they're great. Except when I got there at about 7:40pm to order a smoothie and the girl inside (who apparently thinks Im still at the drive-thru) turns the lights off and hides...well, call me crazy but I think that's a bit ridiculous.

The fruit smoothie for my 3 year old was ok but unsure if it was worth the drive clear across town and wish they had more flavor’s available then what appeared to be only 3 flavors for the kids and to my knoledge no blueberry what so
Paid for extra chicken, was told yeah that's definitely extra chicken when this is approximately 2 oz of chicken. Disappointed with the customer service when asking about it and disappointed that they give very little protein when paying extra for more protein.

Whoever was working the drive thru was not very friendly and did not make me want to come back. It was very "get your stuff and leave." The wait in the drive thru was long, as some others mentioned. The food was sad. My banana was rotting and the Flatbread I ordered was Cold in the middle which I don't get how that happens if it's made fresh. For sure won't go again.

I usually come here very often for the delicious smoothies. My most recent visit was horrible. The employees were very distracted and you could even hear the off task behavior over the speaker phone for ordering in the background. This also resulted in my smoothie tasting absolutely horrible, for the first time. I literally ordered the Avocadolada the day before (my first time ordering this particular flavor) and it was amazing as I expected. On this visit, the next day, I ordered the exact same smoothie and it was absolutely horrible and was literal torture drinking it. It tasted as if ingredients were missing. It definitely didn’t taste like it did the day before, a very noticeable difference from the first sip. This visit was very disappointing, especially as there are not many fresh smoothie places in town. In my concern and desire to help and support good businesses, I am right this review in hopes that this business will get better. On a recent visit, during the weekend, Brittany was very sweet, understanding and considerate of the long wait time I experienced (a drive thru visit). On most occasions when I have to come into the building the employees (who are normally very young) are not pleasant at all. They barely speak or acknowledge your presence (which is what I experienced on the particular visit). They really need to learn acceptable customer service skills for a professional business that I know desires to thrive in the community.
