To be honest this was a terrible experience that left me wondering whether I would ever visit this place again. We received 1/3 of our order (smoothie) within 10 minutes and waited nearly another 10 minutes to receive the rest of our order (acai bowl and peanut butter banana Flatbread) while the next 2 customers recieved their orders which was nearly the same. Listen I love this place, the smoothies are amazing (most of the time)… but it is genuinely so ridiculous how three cars can be in front of me at the drive thru and the wait takes nearly half an hour before I get to the window to pick up my order. This is not just a one time thing, it’s every time. I have to literally plan my day around picking up a smoothie.
