This location is a lot better than many of the others in the area (specifically leagues above the one on south Green River Rd.). As others have stated, it can be hit or miss after 10pm, as on week nights, there is typically one person making food past 9-10pm. And if they get hit with a lot of orders in a short time frame, that one person has to bounce between making food, preparing food out of the oven, and handling counter/phones.

Either give Kaitlyn a raise, or get her help. Its clear shes short handed on Tuesdays and shes clearly stressed. Last Tuesday I had my order cancelled after an hour after ordering (im assuming because they didnt have any drivers), and tonight according to the tracker it was out of the oven for over an hour before being delivered and was slightly warm. Again, I dont blame Kaitlyn, but it seems like she could use a little bit more help.
