I ordered a Thai wrap and asked to substitute the chicken with avocado. There was no Avacado at all in the wrap. The tortilla was hard around the edges. There was no Thai sauce or Thai flavor at all.

This place is suffering lately. The food is good and orders are accurate as long as you pick it up yourself. (DoorDash is 0 for 2 in this department.) The girls and guys behind the counter are busting their tails, but they just can't seem to keep up. Maybe some more employees or another location would help.

Listen I love this place, the smoothies are amazing (most of the time)… but it is genuinely so ridiculous how three cars can be in front of me at the drive thru and the wait takes nearly half an hour before I get to the window to pick up my order. This is not just a one time thing, it’s every time. I have to literally plan my day around picking up a smoothie.
