My brother and sister in law were recently in town from Colorado. We needed a place to eat on the north side. I remembered a friend saying they liked the Twisted Tomato. My brother ordered a Stromboli my sister in law and I ordered a sub with chicken and ranch. Both sandwiches were awesome and the staff was very friendly. The next evening we ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery. It was great!!
Twisted tomato is a true gem of a restaurant tucked away by the Melody hill subdivisions. We have so many choices for great food in Evansville and we always want the twisted tomato! From their loaded baked potatoes to their hot sandwiches and their pizza’s it is a tough choice of what to get from there! Everything is homemade and oh so yummy. We love their pizza sauce and crust. Freshly renovated, with new ovens. Kinda bummed they don’t serve tea anymore and they don’t have any Diabetic options besides water. Pizza was awesome. Had pepperoni and crumble sausage it was awesome.
