I hadn't been to Zuki in years, but had a lunch break and thought I'd spoil myself a little. I ordered the lunch special teriyaki chicken and a small salad.

It took 20 minutes for me to receive the salad, which was a tiny bowl of lettuce and a generic dressing. I didn't eat it all since there wasn't enough dressing.

Another 20 minutes later and I finally receive my meal. It was fine, but very small portions, especially for $17.

I had to go to the register to pay because I was going to be late getting back to work. Lunch should not take an hour.

I was extremely disappointed in the entire experience and won't be back. I remember Zuki being a top notch place where you'd go on a date. I won't even go back alone.

Honestly feel very sad about the experience we just had. The food was honestly inedible and was 75$ for two hibachi dinners and a kids meal. I remember what this place used to be when we lived here and it is simply just sad to see what it has become.

Had a reservation, and was seated promptly. After waiting 90 minutes for hibachi, we decided not to wait anymore. Paid for our drinks and left

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place - when you first entered, you are met with a bubble wall but there aren't any fish inside.

After being served, I was delighted at how delicious everything tasted!

Now comes the best part - the women's room is definitely haunted. No words cam describe the unspeakable terrors, pleas still echo the corridors. The mannequin watches over you while you do your business to ensure your safe return upstairs.

The cook was exellent, the waitress we couldn’t find. She took our drink order and then was gone. After 45 minutes, 2 other tables were receiving their food. Us nothing.

Great food. Sad I can't go there anymore for lunch. I don't know if it was a bad day or what, but ordered at 12:05 waited til 12:50, never heard a peep. I just had to cancel the order and leave. Really a bummer, but such is life.

Do not come here for lunch unless you have 1.5 hours. Great food otherwise; again I can't state how sad that I'll have to avoid this place in the future.

I do encourage people to go who have enough time, and my compliments to the staff for handling the unfortunate situation.

Good food kinda! Take a fun trip to the ladies downstairs bathroom. You’ll be greeted by some unique bathroom decorations and a stray customer showering in the bathroom/ locker room. Very creepy mannequin. Not worth the 300$ that was spent… I’m traumatized by the bathroom. I also was exploring and found the arms to the mannequin, made sure to give them back to her.. also creeped out by the couch and vanity room in the middle of the bathroom. It also smelled very bad and was clearly dirty. Our server was nice though

The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and well furnished, and most of the food tasted very good. Unfortunately, the presentation of the bento box looked careless—almost as if a 12-year-old had thrown it together.
The biggest drawback was the service. While the server seemed to be trying to be funny, it quickly became over-the-top. One joke is fine, but every interaction turned into a comedy routine, which became very annoying. I noticed another table seemed to feel the same way based on their reactions. He really needs to learn how to read his audience.
In addition, he had to reconfirm our order four separate times and even got another table’s order wrong. Overall, this was not the best dining experience, which was disappointing given the restaurant’s potential.

Food was excellent. Birthday dinner. They were busy, but the server DID keep checking on us. Before we were done though, they flipped all the table lights off on us. We finished our meals in a darkened atmosphere. The smoke was also awful. Exhaust needs checked. At one point I think a smoke alarm even went off/ started beeping. The chef tending to the opposite table didn't seem to care that we were still eating before shutting all the lighting off. That kind of stunk. Felt like they were rushing us out.

Don’t be fooled by making a reservation. They turned away about 10 parties because they were out of seats even though we all had reservations.

It's not a bad stop on Main Street. The building is interesting and has some history. It is a large restaurant with a second story. There is a small koi pond at the entry, sure to attract small children and get them excited. It was loud during our visit. The facility was clean, but the restrooms could use more attention. They have a good size bar with games going on. Our food was ok, a bit on the pricey side for the quality. The staff was responsive and kind. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The sushi is decent. I liked the pot stickers best. We will go back and give the hibachi a try. Thanks!
