This is by far the best Dunkin I’ve ever been too. We are traveling for the holidays and stopped here. I was blown away with how quick they got everything out, the cleanliness of the place, and the politeness of the staff. Very impressed by this location. The cleanliness stuck out to me specifically!! So impressed!

Edit: stopped again on my way to Louisville Explained to them what kind of drink I was wanting and they made it for me and did one hell of a job doing it! Plus their chocolate stuffed donut was fresh and out of this world, I actually came back later that day for another coffee and donut! The last several times I’ve visited, they never put the oatmilk in my iced coffee. It doesn’t help that the employees are not friendly or welcoming at all, making it feel pointless to even bring it up to them. They do not appear to care about their job or the quality they provide. The only reason I still come is to use up my free coupons from the grand opening. Even for free coffee, it’s hardly worth it. Not to mention, the service is incredibly slow. For being open for a year, you’d think they’d have it together by now.

First couple times I went here it was good. The last couple times they got my order wrong, refused to refund, and STILL made the sandwich wrong the last time I went. Didn't toast the bread. They left my food, no bag, container open, on the counter until I came to come grab it. Cold food, of course. Who pays 6 bucks for cold eggs, flimsy bacon, and untoasted bread?

I had a mobile order, they where lined up for like 30 minutes tops, probably Holiday World traffic. Drinks were good, food was good. Wait time not good
Absolutely 100% will be going back. I absolutely loved the 3 people working there. I dont remember one girl named Tori, I domt remeber the other girl or the man working there but he toom our order and was sweet. We got 2 large iced pumpkin lattes. I accidently dropped my fiances and I went back in ans asked for napkins and told them what happned and made him a brand new one free of charge. So we decided to go back in and get two cups. 100% recommended

Been going to this dunking for a good while now! It started out with amazing coffee, but any more it's hit and miss, more miss then hit! Told the lady my drink didn't look right and that when it looks like that it tastes like it has no coffee! The lady then proceeded to tell me that it looks normal to her, so I took my drink and left..... it don't taste like it has coffee in it!!! So paid a bunch of money for crap coffee! Hopefully the one in Dale indiana will be more consistent with their coffees!

We ordered 2 large Carmel coffees with whole milk and 2 cane sugars in the drive through when they gave us our coffee there was no coffee in it it was just whole milk and ice and we also didn’t get our bagel bites we ordered so I went inside to get our order right it took them about 10 minutes to realize I was there then when we got our remade coffee they didn’t put the sugar in it
