That is the crispiest and most delicious egg roll. They served the food quickly, and it was very fresh. It was steaming and perfect. It's counter service, then you pick your own seat! They also had a selection of bottled drinks. We paid just over $10 for the meal, and each came with an egg roll. It's worth a stop off the highway.
