This is by far the best Dunkin I’ve ever been too. We are traveling for the holidays and stopped here. I was blown away with how quick they got everything out, the cleanliness of the place, and the politeness of the staff. Very impressed by this location. The cleanliness stuck out to me specifically!! So impressed!
Edit: stopped again on my way to Louisville Explained to them what kind of drink I was wanting and they made it for me and did one hell of a job doing it! Plus their chocolate stuffed donut was fresh and out of this world, I actually came back later that day for another coffee and donut! The customer service was great as well, good job Dunkin Donuts in Ferdinand Indiana, hats off to you!

Absolutely 100% will be going back. I absolutely loved the 3 people working there. I dont remember one girl named Tori, I domt remeber the other girl or the man working there but he toom our order and was sweet. We got 2 large iced pumpkin lattes. I accidently dropped my fiances and I went back in ans asked for napkins and told them what happned and made him a brand new one free of charge. So we decided to go back in and get two cups. 100% recommended
