Waited an extensive amount of time to find out our order was ready just hadn’t been put together. The manager with crazy hair was yelling so loud at the employees you could hear it all throughout the restaurant. Nothing upsets me more than a hostile work environment. I believe if they had more encouraging environment and were able to work/feel as a team this store would be more successful. Jake was on it! He was the hardest working person and was so helpful. He deserves to be recognized and a raise! Manager needs to work on how she talks to employees. I left sad for them.

Tonight we waited 30 min in drive thru, when I finally got to the window they didn’t have my order and asked if I had even ordered something. Employee was not kind or helpful and seemed annoyed. It seems as though the order got “lost” because it was closing time and they were turning all the lights off. 0/10, won’t be back. One would think being so close to a theme park and interstate service would be better.

My husband ordered 3 happy meals and they parked him along with other cars and they kept bringing other people food and not once did they bring his out, someone finally came out and asked what he was waiting on and even gave them the receipt and asked for a refund. which he never got, it took them 25 minutes to bring food out, this was Friday afternoon 7-18-2025. Definitely poor service!!!

We stopped by at about 7:30pm on a Saturday. We went inside to order to go because the drivethru didn't look like it was moving very fast. We waited over 35 minutes for our order even with plenty of people in the back working. When we got to the car with our order we realized they forgot 3 of the 4 four piece chicken nuggets we ordered and 3 of the 4 our sandwiches were wrong. We asked for just the 3 four piece chicken nuggets that were forgotten. We waited another 20 min before we just took the food we had and left. Just don't go to this McDonald's.

Very clean, food was amazing customer service was incredible. I was so worried about stopping here on our road trip and let me say this. Stop and Eat here if you like 10/10 dining experiences. Everything looked exactly like the picture irl. And I don’t eat McDonalds so that says a lot

Shake was mostly vanilla asked if it was supposed to be like and was told “I mean it’s strawberry” and then I asked about not being full and said it would be more vanilla
