Food is soggy EVERYTIME i come here, especially the fries, which never have salt on them either. Service is fine but the food is always made wrong or gross.

Ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals, no ketchup, mustard, onions or pickles and add mayonnaise. When I received my order it had ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions and mayonnaise. They were so messy my wife and I couldn't eat them. It was a waste of money and I won't go back to any McDonald's after that experience. If I had thought about it I would have taken pictures to show how bad they were.

I'm a frequent breakfast flyer here. The lady that was there almost every morning doing breakfast has retired. Ever since she retired they just can't seem to get it together. I am a very patient person and have waited many mornings. This morning there was another car that got service in front of me I waited 10 minutes and nobody even took my order. I would not have waited that long but I had already placed a mobile order. I finally just left. Supposed to open drive-thru at 4:00 a.m. and this was at 4:30.

Weirdest McDonald's drive thru ever! Look at my picture and take a second to think about what this photo implies. After waiting about 5 minutes for the 2 cars in front of us to order (bad start) we paid at the 1st window. Only got our drinks at the 2nd window and were told to pull around to the 3rd window to wait for our food. The car in front of us was a family of 5. It was so slow the mom had time to walk 2 of her children in to use the restroom, return, swap seats with the father who walked the 3rd child in to use the potty, and returned to take the driver's seat back... let that sink in. Tell me of another drive thru wherere you have ample time for the entire family to go in and use the restroom while you're still in line? Lol!! It was easily a 20+ minute experience and our food was room temperature. I suggest you try one of the other nearby options. I don't know why this location has complicated what should be an easy process.

We really try and be patient but every time they tell us to wait at the flagpole. This most recent time we waited at the flagpole. We waited 10 minutes, which they came out and they didn’t bring my wife’s holiday pie. Guy was a complete jerk and said come inside to get a refund or wait 12 minutes. Was our final straw no pun intended.

Very nice fast food restaurant. It appears very clean, bathrooms are also very tidy and upkept. When I ordered, the staff was courteous and nice. The Big Mac was hot and aesthetically good as well. The milk shake was decent too. All in all, I'll give this location a 5-star rating based on all the above.

Ordered just 2 cheeseburgers and ur took them Over 10 minutes to get my food never again. Everyone behind me was waiting for their food also 5 cars behind waiting. Then all of a sudden people behind me were getting their food. And we just had 2 cheeseburgers come on. This suxs
