Took out diet coke. The best pop
So after a 4 hour drive we decide to stop and get some food so obviously McDonalds i order double bacon quarter pounder it arrives to the table with no bacon or ketchup or mustard just lettuce and onions, then my wife's strawberry banana smoothie had no whip cream like it was added
Also there was no sauce had to ask for it we ordered 40 nuggets and 2 happy melas they gave us 2 sauces had to ask for more and once they brought us the nuggets they only brought 20 and when I told them I needed 20 more they looked at me like im crazy..
I think some more training would be beneficial this job is not that hard I did it for 2 years.

When arrived was towed would be a long wait, people were waiting for over an hour on the inside for their food drive-thru was packed. Needless to say we ended up leaving. Don't feel it was employees fault they got slammed from a group of people leaving Holiday world late at night and was just understaffed an overwhelmed. But they just shut down and quit communicating with people we sat in the drive through with no answer for a good 5-10 minutes before we pulled off.

Food is always good and fresh tasting. This McDonald's here on N Main St , Evansville Indiana always has the best fries and they don't re-fry old fries and they dont serve brown burt fries.

Do not go to this McDonald's!! Went after leaving Holiday World. Had 3 kids and 2 adults. Waited over 45 minutes for food. They were keeping up with the drive thru but no food coming to the dining room. Only got our food after complaining to the manager. She closed the kiosks. Forget about anyone taking your order at the counter. Trash overflowing. Ice machine out. Out of napkins, no straws. Floor in the kitchen was filthy, food and trash all over the floor. By reading these reviews the local health department should come for a visit. Maybe McDonald's Corporate should make a visit as well. Will never spend another dime at that location.

Waited a half an hour for my food and when I asked about how much longer I was snapped at by a young man. I understand being busy but there was no call for his rudeness. And once they finally brought us our food there were several things missing. Back to the counter to fight for the food I paid for cause the kiosk didnt print me a receipt to prove what I paid for. Glad im just passing through cause this place sucked.

Forgot fries, forgot the bottom of my burger and gave my daughter a burnt one. Wouldnt give me a refund. Ridiculous.

DO NOT GO AFTER HOLIDAY WORLD CLOSES!!!
I went with some friends after holiday world. Full order was a daily double and a kids meal. The line was taking a while to moved and someone suggested going in and asking a worker. Upon walking in no one came over to answer. The friend in the car switched the order to inside thinking that might make it faster. IT DIDN’T. Big mistake in hindsight.
Upon looking around further I saw multiple tables and people around me with no food. The kitchen was scattered with fries and trash. Everyone was very tense back behind the counter. There was yelling and others ignoring. I saw a bag ready on the prep table sitting for a full 8 minutes before being served to the drive through.
The floor manager at one point said “Can we PLEASE not mark orders as complete before the food goes out. Please… please. Thank you” to the back of the kitchen.
I heard murmurs of workers saying they weren’t going to deal with other workers.
After 20 minutes someone from prep walked out and said “What are you here for.” (Yes a period for an inability to express proper inflection over a review.)
After another 5-10 minutes an order came out. Someone else in the crowd that was waiting for their food while another needed lids because the table area was out. The same worker who had addressed me asked them “What.”
The one who needed a lid made her request and the other who had just received their order did not get a cup. The worker made a very disgruntled face and clenched her fists and stormed back into the kitchen area. At this point one of the tables that had sat before I even entered the establishment had walked up. The person that asked for lids said they had waited for 45 minutes.
The customers at table 9 tried to talk to the worker but they returned to the kitchen before they could ask.
At this point I had seen a lot of orders go out the window to the cars and only 3 before my food was delivered.
Waiting another 5-10 minutes a shake was brought out and the table 9 guests had asked for a refund. When I asked them if they could refund online they said “we couldn’t get the number because the kiosk’s printer is out of ink. The worker had to be directly addressed a couple times before stopping and then throwing the problem to the manager. When the manager came they asked for the number and the table addressed the issue. The worker walked back into the kitchen and pulled the receipt off of the printer. They had been there since before I had entered. In the kitchen I could see multiple receipts were on the monitors.
I don’t think their food was even made.
About 5 minutes after they had left our food came out. It was decently fresh and made to order. Even the sauce was in there.
I think they just need more staff. Or there is massive communication issues. For time reference we left the park at 8:07 it’s an 11 minute drive. We didn’t get our food until 9:12.

It was a little busy and took awhile to get our food, which is fine of course. However, the lady bringing our food was extremely rude to my mother. I work in fast food and I get having rough days but the way she was talking to customers is unacceptable.

Waited 30 minutes for a single meal and a drink. Sure they were busy but it was almost 5 minutes in between each order being brought out and they had plenty of staff. What are you doing back there? They also forgot our sauces so we asked for some and the worker scoffed and rolled her eyes like we were a problem.
