Staff are great but subway food is terrible. It’s been a while since we have eaten at a subway and it will be a while again. Meatball sub was awful and they had no drinks that weren’t sweet. Couldn’t even get water because the machine would only dispense vitamin water through the water dispenser

Going in to this place you never know what you're going to get! About a month ago they had a very friendly staff clean store friendly environment. They Didn't mess up my orders every time I go into this place it seems like all the good staff they finally disappear! they have a bunch of new people that don't know what they're doing! The other day they was very rude more worried about talking to each other then the customers! Messed up my sandwich but I didn't say anything I just wanted the heck out of there. Whoever does the hiring firing needs to be looked at because every time you guys get a good staff going that makes me want to come in more all of a sudden boom new staff that don't know what the hell they're doing tand don't care about cleaning. Bathrooms was a mess! Get it together.

I worked there you gotta deal with customers like Daniel that can’t actually remember that our salads don’t come with lettuce and is optional. But overall a good place for younger people to work. And the foods alright for the price. If you get disappointed because subway isn’t this fine dining experience than maybe go read the difference between fast food and restaurants. It’s not meant to be amazing.

I Hate to rate low, because the young man in there was working his hind end off at the drive thru. I honestly don't know HOW the girl has that job. 1) ditzy is not cute. 2) having to go back and fix a sandwich 3 times is not funny. 3) forgetting part of an order is not something to bat your eyes and giggle about. 4) these are sandwiches - not pita pockets. Even the customer in front of me wished me luck on getting my food. To the young man, I saw the frustration on your face, don't ever let the bad ones change your work ethics!

Food is always great. The service is usually subpar. They have a drive thru window that I've never actually used because you have to go all the way around the building. Plenty of parking out front.
I ordered a chicken salad and ended getting a pile of chicken with no lettuce. I went back in and this idiot kid said I didn't ask for lettuce. Doesn't a salad usually imply the expectation for lettuce? Please go elsewhere for food.

My suggestion is to go inside and order.I went through the drive thru and my sandwich was made incredibly incorrect.The employees were kind; just didn't care enough to make my sandwich right.How sad.I was originally going to Taco Bell until I saw the sign for Subway ... I should have gone to Taco Bell ?.

“The drive through will be closed all summer due to staffing issues.” The manager said to us upon entering the store. Just before checking her text messages and scrolling Facebook while we waited for the under trained employee to make our sandwiches. All 5 of the staff currently present were friendly and the store was clean and food was good though.
