Great Taco Bell location in Ferdinand, Indiana. The food here was exactly what you want at Taco Bell. The workers here were very nice and professional. They keep this restaurant very clean. It is easy to find using Google Maps and is just north of Interstate 64. There is plenty of free parking in their large parking lot.

Chalupa was so old that it was dried, stale, and tasted terrible. 2/4 items ordered nasty 🤮 threw the items out because I was worried how long they’d been sitting out.
Morning crew was amazing got food out fast and fresh! They also marked which tacos were what meat and cheese, regular, and meat so we didn't have to check them!!

Sat in drive thru for 45 mins. Half of the 3 workers looked like they have been up a week. Food was cold and it was only 4 tacos . Like forreal? I know this will do nothing at all but Ferdinand taco bell sucks and I wouldn't be surprised if false teeth were in someone's food

We came in after ordering online, and both of our orders were wrong. There was supposed to be no lettuce on any tacos because of an allergy. And they wouldn’t remake them. They said if we wanted them remade that it was gonna take half an hour because they were “slammed” there was 10 people in the lobby. 3 of those people were me and my 2 brothers. After a few minutes back and forth with the manager, she said she would remake them and they opened the box and picked the lettuce off the tacos. But they took off half the meat and cheese and wanted us to be okay with it. On top of that, they are out of large cups and didn’t bother to tell us. Then wouldn’t refund us for the drink. The manager was very unprofessional. I believe her name is Stacy. Don’t waste your time here, go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s or Arby’s

I think they take an order, have the person pull up and pay, make the order and hand it out, THEN TAKE THE NEXT ORDER. The truck in front of me was pulling away with their food before my order was taken in the drive thru.
