Food was hot. People who ordered the same thing 5 minutes after me got their food before me. Others were upset by how long their food was taking, and employees indicated they didn’t care. Basically, their customers were all Karen’s if they had respectful concerns.

Stopped on our way through indiana and they were out of everything we were asking for. they didn’t even have chicken nuggets. like come on. then the guy working the drive through didn’t say a word just snatched the card from our hand and handed us the food. and after all the our order was wrong and luke warm at best. would not recommend. go to mcdonald’s across the street. and i don’t even like mcdonald’s.

It had to be the worst burger,fries I have gotten from a Wendy's ( worst chicken nuggets at another Wendy's) it was soo bad I shiver to think to stop at another one! It was a dry cool speck of meat, fries was cold n limp, Should had taken it back but we was on the road . I have put them on the no go list . Use to be the go to( 4 for 4 items)

Terrible experience. I went to eat at 6 PM at a Saturday, but both of the doors were locked. It wasn't supposed to close until 10 PM, and there were other customers inside, so I don't know why I wasn't allowed in. I went to go through the drive through instead, but no one was there to take my order. 0/10, would not recommend.

Well awesome workers like Max was very nice took order and it took awhile to get 1 large Carmel macchiato like 20 30 minutes no joke. I hate to see if it got busy pray for them.

Waited my whole lunch break to order a baked potato. Got to the speaker to order, waited another 10 minutes before I was able to order. Then got told they were out of baked potatoes. Shut this location down! It’s been going downhill for years
