We have been to this restaurant 4/5 times. And everyone is so polite. The manager is amazing and Elijah is remarkable.
The value and food quality are tops. They even honor you if you are a senior. If l lived in Fishers l would go here every week. I live in another town but l have to go to Indianapolis for a doctor.

We have visited several times and have horrible customer service. They employees are not friendly and have messed up every order we've placed, forgetting items we've paid for, giving less than a 1/2 cup of cheese sauce, cold fries, etc. This Arby's has lost my business. Tonight I watched a group of people walk out and say they were emailing the manager as I waited 10 minutes for my drive-thru order.
