While picking up my Starbucks today, I completely dropped my sandwich on the ground the second I walked out the door. ?Not only did a Starbucks employee run out of the store and ask me what I had, but they remade me a new sandwich and gave me a danish for fun within a few minutes. Small acts of kindness can truly turn around someone's day.
I am not able to wrap my head around the idea that it makes sense to hand someone (in a drive thru especially since they will likely be attempting to sip while commuting), a hot cup with no sleeve!! This has happened several times at this location so I finally called and was told they don’t put a sleeve on certain cups unless you ask for one, then they would give it to you. Very friendly staff. Loved that there is a fireplace that you can sit by either instead or outside!! (No idea if this is common up here, but we are on our way through from Louisiana -- no fireplaces at our Starbucks. ?? )Thanks for a lovely place for our bathroom break on our road trip. ?
