I appreciated their help late at night. I’m a vegetarian, so I hadn’t been to an Arby’s in several years. I picked up some sandwich’s for my brother, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I should have read the reviews. How is this still happening months later? Went to pick up a mobile order in the drive through and was told I had to come inside. Went inside and was told they were behind and they would call my name when it was ready. Waited for 20 minutes which was now 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Go ask again and they pick up a bag on the counter and say, "Oh, yeah, it's right here. It's been ready." Cold sandwich, cold fries, waste of time, chaos inside. I can't come back here until this nonsense gets fixed.

If I could rate a negative number if would be -5.We waited in line for 10 minutes. No one else in restaurant. No one would wait on us. They knew we were there, but ignore. TERRIBLE. Can't rate food cause we never were waited on

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people are unaware of their customers. I made a to go order online and pulled up in the drive thru to pick it up, and they told us to come to the window, then they said to pull around to park in front of the store. We waited 20 minutes, and in those 20 minutes we saw through the window the workers standing around, talking, like they’re just chilling and they also kept staring at us, one guy was pointing at us. Someone came out with a bag of food, asked for my name and said oh it’s the wrong order. And then she went to another car. Then she went back inside. We wait another 10 minutes, then decided to go to the window. The lady at the window said can I help you with something? We said yeah, we’ve been waiting for our order for 30 minutes total. She had my order in her hand as she asked what can she help us with. And then she handed it to us and we asked her what took it so long? She sighed and said “because I have minors working”. Didn’t even say sorry apologize offer anything to make it better had no empathy etc. They were all disrespectful, rude, and acted like they were unaware of anything going on around them? So that pretty much sums it up.
Another thing: I only got 2 orders of Mac n cheese bites and a lemonade. Why does that take 30 minutes?

Very very very unbelievably disrespectful people working there i went to pick up an order no body spoke at the drive thru so i tried entering the lobby they were closed but they spoke to me with an attitude as if i knew the lobby was closed i said the reason i came in was no one spoke at the drive thru manager spoke at the window with non sense new staff needed at his location will definitely take it to corporate

I got roasted turkey sandwich. One small piece bacon. Cheese was hard. And a ball of turkey in the middle Curly fries about five fries. I have ate here for years. It has always been good. The last few times just awful.
