I know fast food places are changing their menus to adjust to the shortages and loss of vendors, however I thought Culver’s might be different. It’s not! Got single cheeseburgers for dinner and they had huge buns and thin not so tasty meat.

This location used to be very clean and good food. In last couple months it has gone downhill. I went one time and the common areas were a mess! I went in restroom after empty ketchup dispenser splirted all over me. And guess what the bathroom was filthy and had no soap. Workers and customers were going to the bathroom and walking out without washing their hands. I reported to Culvers when I was there and they didn't go in to fix the issue. So I wrote Culvers via the website. They did not respond. well they lost a regular customer as i will not visit a filthy place and get sick from eating there.

French Fries were cooked twice, once the original cooking time, then dropped into fryer a second time to heat them up heat them up.

As usual I had the 3 piece Cod platter. AS always ....VERY GOOD. In particular I like the location mostly because of their crew....very friendly and nice.

I visited Culver’s Olio Fishers, and ordered the flavor of the day pint of ice cream through the drive-thru. After waiting 25 minutes with no update, I had to ask a staff member to check on my order, and only then was it delivered. I love your products, but the service needs improvement. Better communication about delays would make the experience much better.
