I visited Culver’s Olio Fishers, and ordered the flavor of the day pint of ice cream through the drive-thru. After waiting 25 minutes with no update, I had to ask a staff member to check on my order, and only then was it delivered. I love your products, but the service needs improvement. Better communication about delays would make the experience much better.

Ordered at 7:05pm and didn’t leave until 7:50pm. We ordered through the drive thru, and it took for me to park and go in to see what was the delay on our food. We ordered 1 cheese burger, 2 small fries, 1 onion ring, and 2 shakes. They gave us cheese curds instead of onion rings, the shakes were chunky and didn’t taste right, and overall the food was cold from waiting for so long. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered service like this at this location. The manager was polite when I came in to complain, but the service is unacceptable and something needs to be fixed asap.

The place was dirty, under the tables there were many crumbs and napkins thrown on the floor, the tables had rest of food and drinks spilled. As for the food, it was cold and the meat on the burgers did not feel freshly cooked.

They provided us with a shake and concrete mixer, it was the thinnest shake and concrete mixer I’ve ever had the concrete mixer was so runny and the shake had the consistency of milk, I’ve worked at Culver’s for 3+ years and never seen the custard served like this.
