So I went to the drive thru on Sunday and ordered two medium blizzards! When I got home my husband began to eat his and found a used Olive Garden mint wrapper about 1/4 of the way through. Today I decided to take it back to the same DQ to show them what had occurred. I kept the blizzard frozen with receipt & wrapper. They said that could not have happened..basically said I was lying. They refused to reimburse me in any way. Mistakes happen and I thought so was doing them a favor by letting them know what took place. I just couldn’t believe it!! Anyone that says on here 5 stars is lying to you or got lucky, I came in for the first time and left with a subpar sandwich and my blizzard with hair all along the sides and the ice cream barely blended, I don't even know if you could call it ice cream. Find somewhere else please.

We stopped here after a doctor's apt, and they weren't busy at all, but yet the food and the blizzards we got were the best we've ever gotten from any dairy queen ever! I was very shocked at how great every item was! If we didn't live so far away from it, it'd be the only 1 I'd go to!
Three families went to DQ after a local Musical. We were there about 15 minutes and they literally turned all the lights out on us since it was 10pm. I went and told them that was poor form. The guy said lights are on a timer. All three families left…. Lights magically went on as we were all pulling out of parking lot. Very disappointing!!!

Grown men inappropriately flirting with young staff in front of my very young daughter who had to sit and watch it all. I was just shocked at the atmosphere in that place. If you go, stick to the drive thru. Yuck!
Ordered on mobile app for a blizzard BOGO deal. Waited 30 mins in store and showed my receipt to them from my phone but they refused to serve me since they didn’t get it on there end. They should have served me my order and figured out the issue on the back end. Called my credit card to terminate the transaction. They lost a customer

Very disappointed with this DQ location. Their customer service is horrible. Take your money elsewhere. I special ordered a bday cake while at the store. Filled out the form and checked double fudge and crunch. Walked through it with the person who took my order. I pre-paid for it. Went to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready. First they tried to give me the wrong cake and then couldn’t find my cake. They found my form and he came back to confirm what I wanted written on it. I knew then that they just pulled a cake from their pre-made freezer. When he handed it to me it had the price stickers on it and it didn’t have the colors I ordered. I said this isn’t the right color and he said it was their mistake on color but it’s the right cake. I asked it him to confirm that it’s double fudge and double crunch and he said yes. I asked him again and he said yes again. Of course got it home and it wasn’t right. He just flat lied and knew it. Take your money elsewhere.
