No problems at all
They have one lady working the bar on a Saturday at 5:00. She is running around like crazy. The owners of this place have really missed the target when it comes to customer service. I feel so bad for this lady to have to deal with managers and owners that expect her by herself to be able to handle all the drinks any food, and all the cigars. It's insane and I cannot understand why they would do this to those poor lady. I will not be back

The ATMOSPHERE is amazing and it's free to get inn. The waitresses are AWESOME and very ATTENTIVE!! Gotta come here when I touchdown in INDY!!!
Atmosphere was very nice, staff was very helpful and friendly. Also, pricing for food and drinks are pretty good as well. I was definitely recommended.
I really liked this place. The staff was friendly. Cigars were good and so were the cocktails. I recommend it.

A decent cigar lounge. Great selection of food, cigars, and liquor. Waitresses take care of you and you feel like a VIP even if you aren’t in the VIP room. No matter the time of day they take care of you at Havana
Such a mixed bag for this review. Wife and I went in to celebrate our anniversary, Sat at the bar.
Cool vibe. Drinks were good. Food TASTED good. However….. food was cold when it came out. Took forever. Bartender couldn’t be bothered. We waited 20+ minutes to place our food order. Then nearly an hour to get it. Mahi tacos, spicy shrimp, and a salad don’t take that long. I truly believe the bartender put in our entire food order at once and instead of bringing us all of it, waited till I finished my salad to bring out the main dishes while it sat back there and got cold.

Very nice and comfortable spot. Great bar, and prices are very reasonable. The cigar selection isn’t the biggest, but you will find a good cigar. Just a really excellent place.
Fantastic cigar and drink menu. The decor and atmosphere are first rate.
