EDIT: Owner always has same excuse when a bad review is left- he checks and magically they did have donuts or they had “large” orders that day. How about you own it and acknowledge that you are not supplying and stocking properly. ALSO, yes I did see a 3rd Spanish man step out- my review was based on the 2 Spanish females in the retail area. I had no interaction with the man. NEITHER female could answer my simple question. I don’t care of their work history or if you consider them family. I live in a country where ENGLISH is the main language and I would expect a business to have their front of house workers speak and understand our language.
Stopped by today at 9 am. Couldn’t get a box of our favorites, heck I couldn’t even get single donuts. Most donuts were sold out. It wasn’t just one or two kinds. Also, big red flag when you have workers who don’t understand basic English. I tried asking if they always sell out of the good donuts by 9 am since this is not my first time stopping by and both older and younger Spanish worker couldn’t comprehend what was being asked. Older one spoke in Spanish to younger one and I repeated question to her and she just looked at me with no response. I also know you can place an order online, but I don’t want to have to place an order every time I want to grab donuts. I really wanted to support the rebrand but sadly your location needs some major improvements.

We have been going to this Jacks location for years. Now the selection is lighter, the taste is not as good, lighter on the topping. The staff is not as customer centric, no hellos, no anything. Sad, another franchise going down.

I experienced a hiccup during my visit. I received the wrong order. The staff appealed to be struggling after another visitor picked up his ex-large doughnut order. This depleted in-store doughnut selection.

Always out of donuts and dirty lobby. This place is poorly managed. If you decide to enjoy your morning and not be there when they open the door you’re not going to get anything good. They have been there long enough to look at sales trends and make the appropriate amount of donuts. Plenty of other shops out there that keep stock full. If your open u til 2 don’t run out of donuts at 930am

This place was Amazing when they opened, last time we got donuts they were stale, and the past two times we have tried to go during their POSTED business hours they were closed (sold out) including us going today to give them another shot. Before noon locked up and sold. What the he'll happened to this donut shop.

Only ordered 3 donuts so didn't even think to check and make sure I got the correct ones. Of course when i get home and open the bag, the girl gave me the wrong donut (to make matters worse the one she got wrong was the one my daughter requested for her bday tomorrow morning). Drove back immediately and the store was closed. Hours on the door state open 6a-6p, and it was only 4pm. Very frustrated. Poor service.

If you do an online order and come into the store they will ignore you. They help the line as they walk in and ignore you every single time.
At least 10 walk ins were helped before I was even acknowledged will not be coming back.

This location does not have a building sign which makes it hard to locate. The owners or management should consider in getting a sign so people can find the building easily.

We used to come here all the time when we lived closer. We decided to make the trip over there for old time’s sake for my son’s birthday and was shocked by how terrible this place has become. They had few doughnuts to choose from, including no glazed or any vanilla icing top doughnuts. The doughnuts they did have were stale. I see other reviews saying they’re gas station doughnuts. I couldn’t agree more. Half of them were not in the correctly labeled bins so ordering was difficult. Service was awful. I ordered 3 doughnuts: strawberry icing, chocolate icing with sprinkles, and a jelly donut. The worker rings us up and I look in the bag and there are 2 doughnuts. This wasn’t during a chaotic rush of customers. They also didn’t have that hot of a grade from the health department posted on their door. Do yourself a favor and go to Rise n Roll if you’re looking for doughnuts in the Fishers area.
