Saw the negative review on Facebook so thought I’d give them a try… gotta be honest my homemade recipes are better. These were not good. They were dry, the flavors were not good honestly, like the “caramel” icing on the cinnamon roll donut didn’t taste like caramel just kinda stale powdered sugar. We also got the Dubai cupcake and it was… odd. The actual cupcake itself was decent but still not super flavor forward. Even the frosting was a lot of just powdered sugar? Stale? Even the chocolate shavings were just stale tasting? We got the 2 pack frosted sugar cookies and those were actually great! We were all surprised. They didn’t have that snap you expect from that type of cookie but it wast tasty. Imagine a frosted animal cookie? Like that but softer. Good flavor. Just disappointed.

Boomtown Donuts are the absolutely best donuts in Hamilton County. The donuts are always fresh and taste like they are just out of the oven. The variety can’t be beat! My favorite is the toasted coconut which is a must have in my opinion, but honestly, there are no bad donuts here. The owner is very nice and personable which is a plus. The staff is always friendly and patient, even on Sunday mornings when there is a line. My family loves supporting a small business and getting delicious donuts is just a bonus.

Stopped in this morning before church. The inside was clean and welcoming feeling! Staff was so friendly and patient when my daughter was taking a minute to decide what she wanted. I thought she would pick one but she ended up with THREE bc there were too many good choices! This is the only place I can get my favorite chocolate chip donut! All their donuts are delicious but those are my favorite! I also got a Carmel macchiato. Cant have milk? They have all the different dairy and non dairy choices! We will be back!

Although I understand the rebrand, the seasons changing with school and exact. I don’t hold fault there. I understand that donuts sell out quick and only some many are produced for the day. However im not impressed with the flavor nor quality of donuts. Hope better can come about from this change.
Never known an owner to argue back and forth with a customer very cringe . I’ve been in THREE separate Saturday’s and each time has been before 9am and none of what I wanted was EVER available. So again it’s either sold out like I’ve stated previously or not in stock. I should not have to order online when it should be available in store.

Thought I was going to Jacks donuts but arrived to find a name change. Donuts and boxes look like jacks donuts but quality of donuts were not that great. Will not be going back. Bring back sunrise bakery in Fortville!!

I don't care what anyone says or the response from ownership. This is not the same as Jack's. Not a decent donut to be found. Wheres the cake donuts that everyone loved. The selection is minimal at best even on a good day. Not very good. I miss when it was clean and friendly.
