The food was surprisingly good. The guy that made my sandwich felt compelled to introduce himself to me, his name was Sam. He did a good job. Next time I go here I’ll ask specifically for Sam to make my sandwich.

Vegetarian options: There's only a couple vegetarian options but jimmy John's is my goto sub shop. The locations are always clean, service is usually very friendly and fast

It would behoove you to put someone with some personality who knows how to speak, say hello, and makes you feel welcome and appreciated versus some entitled high schooler who doesn't understand customer service. Even the kid who handed me my sandwich couldn't say anything at all. Do they hate their job? Sure seems like it, and I love your food, but seriously.
