We were super excited to try some kung fu tea as my daughter and I are waiting in line for about five minutes the gentleman behind the counter stated that they weren’t taking any more orders because they “had to start cleaning” before close. That would’ve been great to know while we were standing there for five minutes behind two guests that were still able to order. Not sure why they were able to order and not us. Hopefully the guest service is better at a different location.

The tea boba drink I got was okay honestly taste like plain milk to be honest. what was really unfortunate about the whole experience was the employee working. Was on his phone when I walked in I said hello and got no greeting I looked at the menu for a few minutes and when I went to order he just gave me a blank stare and didn’t say anything. And just placed my drink on the counter when it was ready no “here’s your order” or anything and no kinda of “have a nice day as I was leaving.

My bobas were not cooked. I called them and they told me to come back for a new one. When I got there, instead of getting a new one, they just strained the bobas and was going use the same milk tea (3/4 full). I told them NO and demand for a new one! I got a new one but, it shows they didn’t like me doing that and gave me the A$$ face. Such a bummer!!

Service has been good every time I've been there. The young people working are knowledgeable about their product and can answer ingredients questions (such as dairy or lactose free, etc). Incidentally they do have lactose free milk options but not dairy free (you can get tea without any milk if you'd prefer). The original bobas have been just a touch chewy and couple times, but the last 3 times I've been there, the original bobas have been really soft--sooo good! I've liked everything I've tried so far: the green milk tea (made with lactaid powder) with original bobas and no sugar, ginger milk strike (also made with lactaid), and their chai milk tea without sugar-which is also really good. When you order, you look at the menu (which can overwhelm you at first with all the options!) and tell them what size drink, then what kind of drink, any extras--bobas, poppers, red beans, etc--how much ice, how much sweetener (some drinks come with a couple shots of brown sugar or other sugary syrup, but I'm not much of a fan for really sweet drinks. So it's great that they make it to order. Also noteworthy is the Asian atmosphere. It's airy, minimalist, and pleasant. There's even a small shrine in the corner. Very clean. The restroom was very clean and properly stocked as well. Almost forgot--the store is well-situated on the corner near several other restaurants with plenty of parking, several entrances into the parking lot, and a traffic light making it easy to get to even during rush hour. If you love bubble tea, then I definitely recommend this establishment.

Usually fan of Thai Milk Tea tried it on multiple locations it was decent and i enjoy it worth the price.., but i have been trying in this location from past 3 months it was NOT upto the mark.., bobba was too hard it was not soft and service is not upto the mark, quality is too poor…, Not a worthy location to try if you are fan of KF Teas…I would NOT recommend this location

Our boba drinks were delicious. My son loves the popping bubbles. I always go with strawberry milk tea but I plan on trying to coffee milk tea with popping coffee bubbles next. They have a cute little sitting section if you are looking to sit and chat while you have a drink.

the cashier was really rude. horrible service. she was giving me dirty looks, didn’t get off her phone. kept rolling her eyes, and slammed the drink in front of my face. i have never met a cashier as horrible and disgusting as her service. never going back.
